From there it travels from the system to our 2/3 gallon tank, where it's heated to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. As the water is used, it is replaced with more freshly filtered water. With the fast-recovery system, it can deliver up to 60 cups of near-boiling water an hour.
When you activate the cool-water lever, cool tap water travels directly from the filtration system to the faucet. Just pull the hot or cold lever to dispense the water you want.
